Added the Winning Percentage

This patch adds a feature of 'Winning Percentage' to the game. The Winning
Percentage is displayed just below the 'Wins'. The Winning Percentage shows the
percentage game win by the player at the time. The percentage takes into
account the HitPoints of the players. It calculates the percentage based upon
the two players' remaining hit points.
