As part of creating the package, releaseme will fetch locale data and write a
CMakeLists.txt to install the shipped locales.

Today, a Gentoo dev proposed a small cmake script to only install locale data
matching the users locale.

This could easily be integrated in releasemes CMakeLists.txt creation and would
IMHO make for a nice addition.
