Content of aac files is system wide not correctly detected.

Originally the aac files were detected as Mp3-Audio, but by manipulating file
associations I could convince the property dialog, that this is aac sound.
Unfortunately it is taken for a container format, which is never true for aac
files.

So taglib can be blamed for this behaviour. Or is it taglib-extras? Well, I
guess it is taglib, because it has mp4 support and of course it should
recognize the aac contents then correctly. Should I report this upstream at
github? Or can this be reassigned to the correct developers, because taglib was
hosted once at kde.org?

Well, it would be nice, if anyone could answer these questions.
