I believe this can be closed as I am unable to reproduce this using Kdevelop
4.4.1 on KDE SC 4.10.1. Instead of a crash, the program asks me to save file
as, ignore, or cancel. I also noticed there is no rename menu option when in
the Filesystem tab, but you can rename the file by bringing up the Properties
interface, which did not cause a crash. I also renamed the file in Dolphin and
got the same prompt.
