            Bug ID: 316534
Summary: VPN configuration tab showed in kcontrol applet but
not in dialog popped from "Manage connections" in the
                    systray icon widget
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Network Management
           Version: 0.9
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Control Module
          Assignee: lamarque@kde.org
          Reporter: tibirna@kde.org

I want to configure a new VPN connection, thus I click on the systray Network
Manager icon, the plasma widget panel raises, I click on "Manage Connections",
then on the "VPN" tab. Then I select no matter which of the VPN methods (PPTP
or VPNC or OpenVPN). The configuration dialog only shows the tabs for IPv4 and
IPv6, but not the main (essential tab) for configuring the VPN connection
itself. This prevents me from creating a proper VPN connection.

If I start from "System Settings" and I select "Network", then, in the dialog
popped, the "VPN" tab, then no matter which of the VPN methods, I get the
correct main configuration panes and I can correctly create a new connection.

Reproducible: Always
