When I have a long album title, where I guess the title is longer than half of
the playlist width, it shows it with "..." at the end of the title.  Some of
those that have this also miss the first pixel of the first character.

Not all albums that are shown with "..." have this issue, I guess it depends on
the real length that is then displayed.  I'm guessing there is some off by 1
pixel error somewhere.
