We are not going to add a global shortcut that can potentially be hit by
accident leaving your desktop without power management.

You can set it in your setup and use it (that's why we are so configurable so
power user can do their thing).

Going to close it as won't fix, if you strongly feel this should be implemented
reopen it so we can discuss but really this can be even dangerous for the user
machine (deactivating power management by accident).
