After I updated KDE to the latest 4.10 build from Kubuntu repositories, the
Pager Widget is sometimes invisible. The right click popup menu shows as
normal, and i see empty space when I edit the panel. I tried to move it, create
another, disable and re-enable desktop effects, change theme, still nothing
happens. It shows if I manually add a desktop at every boot up. I'm using
Oxygen-Transparent theme. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up to KDE
Actual Results:  
The pager widget is invisible if I don't add a new desktop

Expected Results:  
The pager widget shows normally

NVidia driver 310.14
KWin and compositing enabled
Oxygen-transparent theme
KDE 4.10.0
