update)

Well, then the PPA upgrade didn't work, please do the following steps in a
konsole:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

If that doesn't work, please ask in http://www.kubuntuforums.net
