sliders in the Mixer window is confusing
Classification: Unclassified
Product: kmix
Version: 4.3
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: CONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: NOR
Component: general

Mixer with horizontal sliders
When the KMix mixer window is set to show horizontal volume sliders, there is
no visual indication given of which direction the volume increases along.
Moreover, the Mute and Device/Stream icons are swapped relative to the
direction of volume increase. That is, with vertical sliders, "up" is Increase
Volume, and it increases away from the Mute button. With horizontal sliders,
"right" is Increase Volume, but it increases /toward/ the Mute button. Because
there is no visual guide, this can be confusing when first encountered.
