When I copy an URL (or at least a local path) and paste it into Kolourpaint,
all I get is the URL pasted as plain text. It should instead load the file and
paste it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a picture in Gwenview
2. Choose Edit → Copy
3. Paste in Kolourpaint
Actual Results:  
The path to the file gets pasted

Expected Results:  
The picture itself gets pasted like if I used the "Paste from file" function
