            Bug ID: 313027
Summary: screen coordinates problems when switching monitors
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: KScreen
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: common
          Assignee: afiestas@kde.org
          Reporter: cyberbeat@gmx.de
                CC: dvratil@redhat.com

I configured my internal laptop screen (lvds1) to be left of my external screen
(dvi1). but most of the time, the internal screen is deactivated, so the
external screen (dvi1) is configured as the "main" screen (yellow star in
kscreen).

when the internal screen is deactivated, the coordinates of the external screen
are still set with high values, so for example the kde-logout-screen
(ctrl+alt+del) appears half cut on the left, and many programms are hidden on
the deactivated left internal screen, so I have to right-click on the taskbar,
open the advanced window-options menu, and "move" them to the right screen.

Reproducible: Always
