Some investigation shows, the problem lies in -khtml-background-size: 100%, at
least horizontally, not vertically.
Removing those lines on the top bar and the bottom bar (#boxTC and #boxBC)
removes the noisy 1px line, even though it doesn't produce the expected result
(scaling of background image), but i assume the bug is in this css call.
