I recently got this error one some folders (some worked) when Wifi was switched
off. The mail account is a dIMAP one, so I don't see any reason why it should
fail. This are the messages from akonadiconsole debug mode:

AgentBase(akonadi_imap_resource_5): Das Element kann im Offline-Modus nicht
geholt werden.

The last message is a translation of "Can't fetch the element in offline mode".
