My god, this is the single most stubborn thing I have seen in KDE.. We are now
at KDE 4.9, not super far from KDE 5 probably in the near future, and is there
any easy way to remove this damn thing?.. Nope..

*Some one* wants to remain cryptic and not give any tangible answers as to what
to actually expect, or what you can do about this issue.. If you have any
problems with removing this eye-sore of a widget, you just "don't understand
the all of the complexities of the KDE framework, and what we are ultimately
building up to in our giant master plan"..

Sorry, but the reality is, these people don't *have* to understand all of the
ins and outs of the KDE universe to realize that they don't want to keep
staring at the same ugly widget 24 hours a day when they use their computer..
If I didn't know any better, I would think I am on the gnome forums..

And if your answer for this was to use that blank-desktop containment thing,
then for god's sake, include blank-desktop containment in KDE by default, with
out having to go to some site and download it.. Don't worry, it doesn't have to
be the one that KDE uses by default.. But at least the option would be there
for the vast majority (am I wrong?) that can't stand the cashew..

When I go on reddit or 4chan and see "post your desktop" threads, I can always
tell some one is using KDE instantly when I see up in the corner is the cashew,
eternally sitting there watching, advertising its self like "LOOK, I'M KDE!! I
hope you like me, because we are going to be together for a looooong time.."

We are the 99%!.. The ones who are sick of having an incurable wart sitting on
our desktop, day in and day out.. Sucking up desktop real-estate 24 hours a
day, just in the infinitesmally minute chance that some day, some where, some
one will want to change activities and are too lazy to use the right-click
context menu like a sane person..


....Re-open this bug *now*....and fix it....
