Cannot reproduce this with KDE 4.9 branch using either one of the browser
engines. I clicked on the "Full Window" button on that page and I did not see
any increase in CPU usage. I even tried putting the Konqueror window into
"Fullscreen mode" and then clicking on the "Full Window" button on the page
without encountring the problem you described here.
