thank you for your kind answer.

My desktop which i selected is GRID DESKTOP with wallpaper image which is
"scaled & cropped"

On my desktop i have the following  plasma widgets (all of them are included in
the "basic" widget list in kde widget add menu):

2x analog clock (one for ljubljana time one for theran time, both are
configured differently for time and calendar - if u click on clock the calendar
appears).

2x weather forecast (one for ljubljana, one for tehran)

1x calendar (showing european calendar with slovenian and iranian holidays)

1x RSSNOW with feeds from: bartarinha, pars daily news, 24ur.com,
www.rtvslo.si, www.zurnal24.si, www.aljazeera.com, www.bbc.co.uk, www.cnn.com,
www.euronews.com, www.presstv.ir, www.reuters.com, www.skynews.com,
www.androidcentral.com, www.arstechnica.com, dot.kde.org, www.extremetech.com,
linux.com, planetkde.org, slo-tech.com, www.h-online.com, phys.org and
www.space.com

1x system activities (all possible activities are on, and inside of each all
display options are also on)

1x folder view (siplaying location /usr/share/applications/)

on the left side i have one "empy panel" filled with only icons

the main panel on the bottom of the screen is filled wish following widgets:
application launcher, activities, pager, task manager, system tray and digital
clock.

task manager by default (cannot turn it offf) displays also two icons, for
default file manager (dolphin) and default internet browser (firefox nightly).

system tray has by my own choice displayed the following icons: 
device notifier, keyboard layout, network management, notifications, volume
control, weather forecast, kaggregator.

others that are "hidden" are:
desktop search file indexing, korganizer reminder daemon, keyboard layout
(another), klipper, monajat, blueman-applet, amule, ktorrent, vlc,
hijra-applet.

thats i think is all i have. I also dont think i have more than basic ACTIVITY
turned on, and the one has 2 desktops, which are identical. in task manager i
have turned on the option to show only applicaitons on cuurrent desktop.


i suspect maybe the RSSNOW widget has problem, because it doesnt update my
feeds the way it should... i have to open settings, click on a feed an click
apply to update them all...even after reboot for some time thee feed fiels are
empty... 

it is difficult to turn them one by one on and off and figure out which one is
cousing the dr. konqi to appear because the error comes up randomly but mostly
when the screen saver exist and / or when the computer is rebooted. 

One other thing about screen saver - i have it turned off completely in system
settings but still in 10 minutes it turns itlesf on...why=? and also.. i see
that if u run system settings like "systemsettings, or "sudo systemsettings" or
"kdesudo systemsettings", you get three different configurations for each
command... which one is the correct one to turn off the screen saver and/or
power management?
the work around that i use is to tun on the cscreen saver and give it 999
minutes before it should turn itself on...but thats again..only a workaround...
