The error comes from the IMAP server, not from KMail (as the log also shows).
Now the problem is that it doesn't say which header it didn't like. To see if
this is a filtering bug or not, can you try the follow: save the message, run
the spam filter in manually, copy the message in a maildir folder on the disk
(kmail should recognize it if you use maildir resource and show it in the
tree), then try to copy inside kmail into the imap folder, so it uploads there.
