I have the same annoying problem.
It's realy strange using a wallet you have to enter a password a lot of times.
Look at keychain in Mac OS X. If you want find passwords or certificates, you
need to enter password and open a  keychain. But applications ask for access to
keychain only once. And it's realy very usefull.
P.S. I think the issue #295588 (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295588)
duplicates this feature request.
