 I found that this is maybe related to "Include mouse cursor" option: if first
snapshot is taken without that option then Ksnapshot and X not crashed, and
further snapshot with or without that option not causes crash.
 Also I noticed that mouse cursor not appears in snapshots if that option is
on, earlier (maybe month or two, seems before KDE upgrade to 4.9.1) I able to
take shots with mouse cursor included. Also earlier was no crash in same
configuration of options.
 Also 2: earlier (before update) when "Include window decoration" is on in
snapshots I got also Window shadow (that blue-transparent transition around
window), now I got no shadow. Maybe this is planned, not a side effect.
