It looks like they are written to the config file correctly (in KDevPlatform,
shell/mainwindow_actions.cpp, "editor->writeConfig();
"), but KDevelop/ KDevPlatform never actually calls KateGlobal::readConfig, so
they are never re-loaded (and are subsequently overwritten with blanks).
