The explosion effect is really cute, until you realize that it is exploding
popup menus, notifications, the little X buttons in the present windows effect,
and the overlay in the QML alt-tab switcher.

The explosion effect should only operate on normal windows, dialog windows, etc
and not the psuedo-windows like it currently does.
