Unless you have selected the directory option "Synchronize directories" any
copying will go to the destination folder. Yet if you only specify two folders,
then B will also be the destination and nothing needs to be copied.
Yet I must admit that KDiff3 could be more clear about that.
And the "Synchronize directories" option might be the default when comparing
only two folders.
