Could you please tell which of the nepomukservicestub's is causing it? A simple
`ps aux | grep nepomuk` should do the trick.

Did you not encounter this problem with earlier Nepomuk versions? Also, next
time, please open up a separate bug report. This one is for virtuoso consuming
too much cpu. Not memory.
