            Bug ID: 304349
          Severity: wishlist
           Version: unspecified
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: kdm-bugs-null@kde.org
Summary: look of userlist should be more configurable: option
for translucent userlist background and icon-only
                    userlist
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: kdebugs.99.urgwurz@spamgourmet.com
          Hardware: Debian unstable
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: general
           Product: kdm

As it seems to me the userlist in KDM can only have one look: icon with user
name at the right side - or just username if no icon is specified - and opaque
background, one user per row. Alas this way the user list does not blend in
very well with some themes, it is not flexible enough. I'd love to have the
option to display only the users' icons side by side in one row without the
names, horizontal scrollbar if specified width not sufficient, optionally
specified number of users per row and vertical scrollbar). Also the option to
have a translucent background for the list so it seamlessly integrates with the
background would be very helpful.

Reproducible: Always
