            Bug ID: 303454
          Severity: minor
               URL: http://danielanken.ch/Datas/konsole_amarokBeta2.6_paus
                    eJumpPlay.txt
           Version: 2.5.90 (2.6 beta)
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
Summary: After hitting pause, jump to a position; it doesn't
                    start playing
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: daniel.anken@gmail.com
          Hardware: Archlinux Packages
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: Engines
           Product: amarok

While playing a track, hit pause, jump to any position in the timeline, and it
will not start playing if you hit play. To make amarok play again, you must
either play the next track, or launch a track from the playlist panel.
This happens with any types of files (FLAC, MP3, OGG, ...).

The linked TXT file is the output of 'amarok --debug' while doing the steps
below.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play a track
2. Pause the track
3. Jump to a position in the timeline
4. Hit play again
5. Amarok doesn't play
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, that's the point ;-)

Expected Results:
It should start playing again, from the time we jumped to.

Amarok v 2.5.90 Beta
Backend : Phonon-VLC 0.5.0-2
VLC 2.0.2-2
KDE 4.8.4 (kdebase-workspace 4.8.4-1)
Archlinux k 3.4.4-2
