Thanks.  To add to the list that is left unimplemented is XGETBV (that e.g. the
gcc.dg/i386 tests use to detect whether OS has support for saving/restoring of
the AVX state.  Given that valgrind doesn't actually use AVX insns itself, it
might be fine to always claim it has support.
