If you create a new page, rename it, enter text and move it into a book, after
closing and reopening KJots, the page is either not renamed or it appears twice
(in the old and the new location) and its icon is missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new page, rename it, enter text and move it into a book.
2.Close KJots.
3.Open KJots.
Actual Results:  
The page is either not renamed or it appears twice (in the old and the new
location) and its icon is missing.

Expected Results:  
To have everything the same as when I closed KJots.
