            Bug ID: 302023
          Severity: wishlist
           Version: 4.8.90 (beta2)
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: plasma-bugs@kde.org
Summary: New option for dual monitor desktops
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: bwyazel@gmail.com
          Hardware: Ubuntu Packages
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: desktop
           Product: plasma

This is a feature request dealing with dual monitor screens and the "folder
view" option. I understand the need to keep backgrounds separated between
separate monitors (as much as I would love to be able to span one image), but
one thing that I think could be changed is that when using folder view, it be
able to be spanned across multiple desktops. Right now, I can only have folder
view for a given folder on one single display, otherwise it is a duplicate or
must be different folders displayed for each display. It would be great if
there was an option that could unify the displays and have one single folder
display shared across all of the screens. (and again, I would love the
background too, but this issue is the one that is aggravating me the most.)

Reproducible: Always
