i'm not exactly sure what that means: are annotations *mostly* saved into the
pdf, or are they never implicitly saved or what?

most importantly: is there a way to configure okular to automatically save them
into the PDF, no matter if automatically after each change, or via prompt
before closing okular in case changes were made.

what i want is to completely turn off the old behavior and save each and all
annotations into the documents, without having to choose "save as" from a menu
each time i make some annotations.
