There seems to be another issue unmasked by the 5 seconds delay (which has
already been lowered again to 1 s AFAICS): When performing a keyboard search to
select a folder, the search buffer is not immediately cleared upon hitting the
"return" key and entering the folder. Instead, one has to wait for the timeout
to elapse to be able to start a new keyboard search. This especially prevents
an efficient workflow when traversing some recursively nested directories
solely via keyboard navigation.
