it's awkward to have all those irrelevant boxes like reproducability, steps to
reproduce, etc. when I just want to add a wish.

I was half expecting the wizard to insist I fill them in, too, but it didn't.
:)

I'd suggest moving "severity" up to directly below "details", and then hiding
the rest of the fields when 'wishlist' is selected.
