cmake project printing an environment variable

To reproduce:

1. import the attached folder as a CMake project
2. right-click project, Open Configuration, Show Advanced, Configure
Environment
3. click wrench, add a new variable group, add FOO=bar, OK
4. select the newly added group, OK
5. make this project the only one in Project Selection, do Project menu,
Configure Selection
6. the message line in the cmake file prints "FOO=". It should print "FOO=bar".
