Yes. This bug is resolved. I should have changed status 24-th march.
Previously I mentioned about other bug - rename parameter in declaration and
its effect for uses in function's definition. Olivier JG fixed it in
http://quickgit.kde.org/index.php?p=kdevelop.git&a=commit&h=68735ddac47092c06af8a53cbd15ec25409450ef
but it not entered to stable version.  I not tested it yet,
