Rename 'Samba Shares' to 'Windows Shares (SMB)'

This simply renames 'Samba Shares' to 'Windows Shares (SMB)'
I am open to suggestions for other names.

patch against kde-runtime/kioslave/smb/smb-network.desktop
Not sure how to commit this..
