When I first looked at the list and saw that "Workspace" has subforums about
Plasma and KWin, I thought that that's not quite where Dolphin belongs, but
thinking about it again, I agree that it's probably the closest fit.

Anyway, my main concern is that users can find the forum quickly, and if they
know that a Dolphin forum exists and maybe even see that it's listed as a
subforum of "Workspace" on the overview page, they will probably know where to
look.

So I'd say please go ahead (unless Peter objects). Thanks for your help!
