Thanks Dario for your explanation. Sorry for giving the idea of overreacting.

Yet, my intent was not to dramatize the bug title, but to assure that it is
meaningful. When people consider upgrading, particularly to .0 versions, they
tend to look at bug archives. This is why having correct bug titles is
important. If the title says RC1, people tend to think that this is a bug that
only appeared during the development cycle and not in the final version.
Furthermore, it is quite common to search "regression" before upgrading, to see
what the known regressions are. Hence, when something is known to be a
regression it is useful to make it stand clear.

For some bugs, this is particularly important. When you manage convincing
people to use a desktop or an os that is not the one their laptop came with,
the last thing you want is them thinking that you gave an advice that lead to
damaging their hardware or to data loss.
