I can't switch between tabs in a gtk.Notebook if a plasma notification pop-up
(and maybe other plasma elements?) are visible. It seems that the tabs simply
doesn't react to clicks, event the hover effect is working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a plasma notification to appear (I use sleep 5 && notify-send "test")
2. Try to click on a tab in a gtk.Notebook

Actual Results:  
The selected tab cannot be activated

Expected Results:  
Well... it should be activated
