Japan: Shinjuku is the capital of Tokyo prefecture.
*********
Your point against this one is perfectly valid. The case is that neither Tokyo
nor Shinjuku are the capitals of the Tokyo prefecture. Although the governing
buildings are located in Shinjuku... Weird.

North Korea
*********
On every other country map, clicking on a division provides the name and
capital of said division. Not so in North Korea, where you get 2 different
phonetic interpretations of division names (has understood by "occidentals").
The CIA World factbook
<https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/kn.html>
provides the following names that should be the only ones used in the english
version of KGeography (capitals in parenthesis as per Wikipedia):
Chagang (Kanggye), North Hamgyong (Chongjin), South Hamgyong (Hamhung), North
Hwanghae (Sariwon), South Hwanghae (Haeju), Kangwon (Wonsan), North P'yongan
(Sinuiju), South P'yongan (Pyongsong), Yanggang or Ryanggang (Hyesan), Nason or
Rasŏn, P'yongyang or Pyongyang.

South-Korea: Muan is not the capital of Jeollanam-do
*********
Wikipedia ID card is wrong. The introduction is right, as can be checked here:
<http://wiki.galbijim.com/Namak> or
<http://briandeutsch.blogspot.com/2009/11/gwangju-and-jeollanam-do-fighting-about.html>
"Namak-ri, Muan county, became the capital of Jeollanam-do in 2005, taking over
for Gwangju. They're building a new city in Namak, one that is planned to have
a population of 150,000 when it's finished in 2019 (Samhak-myeon, in which
Namak is located, had a population of 8,768 in 2001)."

That's all I could find that's not simply copy-pasted from Wikipedia.
