Summary: System does not suspend on laptop lid close according
                    to power profiles
           Product: solid
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: powermanagement
        AssignedTo: drf@kde.org
        ReportedBy: ry@n.rix.si

Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When setting the power profile to suspend when the laptop lid is closed, the
value is ignored both on AC and battery. Suspend still works using either
krunner's action or the ACPI function key on my keyboard. acpi_listen detects
the event as button/lid LID close

I am running master in everything, except kdelibs, of course :)

I am not too sure how to go about debugging powermanagement, any hints and tips
to track this down would be appreciated.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Configure power management to perform an action when the laptop lid is closed
close laptop lid

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
the requested action is fulfilled
