The inline status bar beneath the torrent entry, that pops up when the blocks
are checked, stays there if for some reason the block check is repeated and the
old status bar has not been closed yet.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right click on a torrent and initiate the block check, then repeat again after
the first check finished.

Actual Results:  
There are as many stale status bars as there have been block checks

Expected Results:  
The old bar closes and a new one opens to display the current progress.
