amarok --debug log with phonon debug output

A run of:
amarok --debug
with:
export PHONON_DEBUG=5
export PHONON_PULSEAUDIO_DEBUG=5
export PHONON_GST_DEBUG=5
export PHONON_GST_GST_DEBUG=8

while trying to play some songs from an Audio CD with Amarok 2.5.0 on KDE 4.7.4
(Arch Linux), Phonon 4.6.0 and Phonon-gstreamer 4.5.1.

Beware, the log file uncompressed is 17MB!
