Once added you cannot delete a color schema via the config GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:
Steps to repro:
1. Open the kate config dialog, click Fonts & Colors
2. Create a new dummy color schema (or import one from a file)
3. Select the schema in the top drop down, click Delete.

Actual Results:  
Result:
The dropdowns model's reset, but if you click them the schema still exists and
its settings are still saved.

The schema should be gone
