After a complete restart of the system KMail no longer remembers the smtp
passwords even though I check to box to do so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Compose mail. Click send. Prompted for password. Check remember box. Restart
computer. Compose mail. Click send. Again prompted for password

Actual Results:  
Prompted for a password that should be remembered.

Expected Results:  
No additional password prompt.
