Provide syntax highlighting for vCard



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a .vcd file.



Actual Results:  
There is no syntax highlighting.



Expected Results:  
There should be syntax highlighting.



The vCard file format seems to be quiet simple. I have attached vcard.xml to
fix this issue.
