Provide heigtlighting for PPD files!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a .ppd file.

Actual Results:  
There is no heighlighting.

Expected Results:  
There should be heighlighting for Postscript Printer Description (PPD) be
available.

I've attached a ppd.xml that provides highlighting. It's quite simple, but
seems to work well. I've checked that it conforms with language.dtd.
