Well. I dunno what to tell you. I most definitely cannot reproduce this bug.
And from your original description in bug 187021, you seem to state that this
happens randomly. Unfortunately without concrete steps to reliably reproduce
the problem, it is impossible to identify the cause. Hence, why no one has
addressed this issue.

Anyhow, if someone who has the latest KDE version, v4.7.4 or even 4.8 rc1 can
provide the exact steps to reproduce this and provide both the global [1] and
the local a copy the "filemanagement" and "webbrowser" profiles installed on
your, it would help me determine the cause. Otherwise, there is nothing I can
do about it. Especially since I do neither use nor care about that toolbar.
