The tool cursor isn't shown correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
-select color picker
-look at the cursor

Actual Results:  
-cursor looks broken

Expected Results:  
-cursor shoud look normal

OS: WindowsNT (i686) release Windows 7
Compiler: cl.exe
