Ah thanks, that's exactly the option which I've looked for. One minor
improvement might be that if at the same time "highlight selected window (by
fading out all others)" is selected, the fade-out only applies to the active
screen as well so that e.g. booth visitors who stare at the connected LCD are
not distracted by the presenter preparing things on the notebook.
