Summary: Option to exclude windows on screens apart from the
                    current one
           Product: kwin
           Version: 4.6.5
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: window-tabbing
        AssignedTo: kwin-bugs-null@kde.org
        ReportedBy: spillner@kde.org

Version: 4.6.5 (using KDE 4.6.5)
OS: Linux

My multi-display setup is a notebook screen with attached DVI and VGA monitors.
Typically, my application switching happens on the notebook while the external
monitors show one or two long-running applications. In the switching
configuration, I can select to switch applications as in "all of workspace" or
"all of all workspaces". It would be nice to have something more restrictive
such as "all of current screen" (where current is determined by the mouse
pointer or active window) to be able to exclude the external monitor apps from
showing up in the list and cluttering it.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Expected Results:
Window switching should behave in more useful ways :)
